I have a website which has two purposes, a free technical support forum and an online shop. Each time I submit to DMOZ I wait patiently but never get included, I am as accurate and honest as possible in my descriptions and categories, and take time to ensure that grammar and spelling are perfect yet still no listing, Please help as I know this greatly improves search engine rankings.

Hello and thanks in advance for reading this!!
How can I get my new website listed for search engines easily? I would like it to show up in the top somewhere. My website is www.giesinc.com and I designed it with my keywords as follows in an area where they told me to put them on using SiteBuilder: (rapid, prototype, fdm, prototyping, prototy… model, abs, dimension, sst, printer, metro, detroit, area, shipping, overnight, sameday, design, services,CAD,mo… I offer nationwide delivery of solid model prototypes with same-day local service (Metropolitan Detroit Area), and overnight delivery nationwide. Prototypes are made from 3D CAD models and printed on a special printer that prints the model in 3D using ABS plastic.
Does it cost me anything to have the site listed and to keep it higher in rankings? Tx so much for your help!
Nate www.giesinc.com

I have seen many ways to get high search rankings on the regular search engines such as Google and Yahoo but have not seen anything to say how search results are generated when you do a search on Amazon.com. I want my product, the RoomBud costume cover for the iRobot Roomba to be returned high on the search list when someone searches for “Roomba” but do not know how Amazon determines what is listed and in what order

I have been part of creating a new e-commerce business over the past year – web development, customer service, marketing – you name it. I have made the main contributions that have led to our very high search engine rankings and booming business. What does it mean that I am listed as a corporate officer. Does it provide him with tax benefits. Should I be getting something for that? Are there any risks involved?
