I don’t really have questions, but I do SEO and love to supply answers. Here are some questions I get a lot:
What is the best way to build links?
In my opinion reciprocal links are useless (only good to benefit people that use your site, not search engine rankings). Directories of different types are the best way to generate one way quality inbound links. Here are some examples: articles, internet directories, RSS, Blogs, Press Releases, Social Bookmarking, etc.
What on-site optimization issues are most important?
Here are the ones that I’ve found matter the most to search engines: Title tag, header tags, tag, and alt tags. If handled properly you should see a boost to your rankings by tweaking those tags to include your most important keywords.
What is the best way to generate targeted traffic?
I recommend blogging on a blog that is not on your domain name. It gives a higher level of benefit if the blog isn’t hosted by you. I like Wordpress or Blogger. Either of them are search engine friendly and are very well formated for simplicity.
