“Internet marketing” as in.. SPAMing the heck out of people and trying to rig search engine results? Or as in placing Google Ads and banner Ads.
There’s a big difference, you really should specify. As the first group are shady and make the internet a pain to use.

I understand the basic concepts of internet marketing. I have been doing it for several months now and have put up info on how many different ways to market online. I add more as i learn about them.
One thing is for sure. People that market online do need their own domain name. An autoresponder is another must have in this business. Since I discovered this I decided to provide these much needed services to online marketers on a global scale fom my home business.
Here’s a tip. Offer solutions, not opportunities. Market yourself as a leader. People are naturally attracted to leaders. Become one. You make money by solving other peoples problems.
I am also collecting links from people who are interested in exchanging links. These helps your overall cause and being found in the search engines. The more links you have pointing to your site the better your search results can be.
There are many other ways of online marketing. Forums, blogs, safe lists, traffic exchanges, free webs………more.
Networking with others in the industry also helps. We are doing this now as wee speak. Provide ways to contact yourself. Use msn, skype, build up a large list of contacts in these services.
