Can run from $500 – $5000. You have to get your SEO up before the marketing can work.

Just go with viral advertising, relatively cheap and easy to do. Also with the best consequences…

Before you hire a team, make sure you have a marketing strategy. Who are you marketing to? What problem of theirs are you solving? Why is your product/service the best solution? Without a strategy, you’ll be wasting your time and money trying to get business.
Take your marketing strategy and create a RFP (request for proposal) to implement a part of it. Those that respond will give you an idea of cost/value that you can get. Check their portfolios and contact their past clients for your due diligence.
