You need a proper domain name such as http://www.yourname.com and you will need nice webhosting for your site to be published.
If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account.

In the order of your questions…
a) If you are new to html and you want to set up simple, effective websites yourself, I recommend Jim Edward’s Mini Site Course.
b) If the affiliate programs you have joined relate to ClickBank, Amazon & PayDotCom and if you want to build Adsense websites, go for HyperVRE.
c) If you want to establish yourself in the internet marketing arena, you should have your own domain. Some good names are enom.com for domain name registration and hostica.com for hosting.
