I have a website, at http://www.GodonTV.com . I was wondering how I can get maximum exposure in search engines, without having to pay large amounts of money. Does anybody have any tips for that? I saw something about writing articles for ezinearticles.com …. does anybody have any other ideas? Thank you very much.

I do not have a Google API key, so please do not suggest any websites that require one. Essentially, I would just like to be able to monitor weekly, for example, how my rankings are for certain keywords or phrases without having to do it manually. A website or tool that has a chart function would be great especially.

I understand that tags are installed to track visitors on a website. In general, can these tags adversely affect search engine rankings?

I have an auction website: free-auctions.net. When I first set it up it was doing extremely well in the search engines between #2-7 for my keywords. I just recently changed the entire layout of the website and added new services, about 2 months ago. Ever since I made the changes my rankings went from #2 down to # 250 for my keywords. I am using the same keywords and have the same text throughout the website. Why do the search engines not like my site anymore? The script is written in perl.

Hi,
my website is aimed at the European and UK market. I am considering hosting it with a US webhost, mainly for reasons of cost and quality of service. Will doing so harm my search engine rankings for people searching from the UK and Europe?
Thanks
